Support for the things that weigh on you most
Every person's experience is different. Here's how I can help.
What I treat
Anxiety & Depression
Focused on regulating mood, stress, and everyday emotional distress. Whether it shows up as constant worry, low energy, or a persistent sense of heaviness — we'll work to understand what's driving it and build tools to help you feel more like yourself.
Trauma & PTSD
Specialized processing for single-event or complex and intergenerational trauma. Healing from trauma takes time and safety — we move at your pace, with approaches designed to help you process what happened without being overwhelmed by it.
Marriage, Couple, & Family Therapy
Addresses relational dynamics, communication breakdowns, and family conflict. Relationships are hard. Therapy offers a space to be heard, to understand each other more deeply, and to find a way forward together.
Addiction & Substance Use
Supports recovery, relapse prevention, and co-occurring behavioral disorders. We approach addiction with compassion — not judgment — and work to understand the needs it's been meeting while building healthier paths forward.
Eating Disorders
Specialized care for anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating, and body image issues. We work gently toward a more peaceful relationship with food and your body, addressing the emotional roots alongside the behaviors.
Neurodiversity & ADHD
Executive function coaching, autism support, and skill-building tailored to neurodivergent individuals. Your brain works differently — and that's not a flaw. We'll build strategies that work with how you think, not against it.
Grief & Loss
Bereavement support and life-transition navigation. Grief doesn't follow a schedule. Whether you've lost a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a future you'd imagined — this is a space to grieve without rushing.
How we work together
I draw from several evidence-based approaches, tailoring our work to what fits you best.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps us examine the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By identifying patterns that keep you stuck, we can gently challenge them and build more helpful ways of responding to life's difficulties.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT offers practical skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and tolerating distress without making things worse. It's especially helpful when emotions feel overwhelming or hard to regulate.
Somatic Awareness
Anxiety and depression don't just live in the mind — they live in the body too. Somatic approaches invite us to pay attention to physical sensations as a doorway into deeper healing and self-understanding.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Rather than fighting your thoughts, mindfulness teaches us to observe them with curiosity and without judgment. Over time, this creates space between what you feel and how you respond.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT focuses on accepting what's outside your control while committing to actions aligned with your values. It's about building a life that feels meaningful — even when things are hard.
Person-Centered Therapy
At the heart of all our work is a deep respect for your autonomy and inner wisdom. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore and grow.
